Reservation Policy

THANK YOU FOR BOOKING YOUR STAY WITH US AT PINE MOUNTAIN SKI AND GOLF RESORT.  WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR ARRIVAL. TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST POSSIBLE STAY, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT RESERVATIONS AT: 906-774-2747

RATES

Room rates are for the base number of guests, additional guests up to maximum occupancy will be an additional $10 per person, per day. Children 17 and under are free and are not counted in the total room count.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations during non-holiday dates must be made at least forty eight (48) hours prior to your stay. All cancellations made after forty eight (48) days will be charged full room rate plus tax.**

**STAY AND PLAY CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for STAY and PLAY packages must be made at least seven (7) days in advance. All cancellations made after seven (7) days will be charged full room rate plus tax.

**HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for room stays from during any holiday period must be made at least seven (7) days in advance.  All cancellations made after seven (7) days will be charged full room rate plus tax.

Reservations booked within a group block are held to the cancellation policy stated in the group agreement and are separate from the above policies. All prepaid reservations are non-refundable. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in begins after 4:00pm on the date of arrival and check-out takes place before 11:00 am on the date of departure. 

NO SMOKING POLICY

Pine Mountain Ski and Golf Resort is a 100% smoke-free facility. A $250 recovery fee will be charged to guests who are not found smoking in designated smoking areas outside of the resort.

AGE AND CHILD POLICY

You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve or check into a room. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification is required at check-in. Children two and under are free and are not counted in the total room count.

RESORT FEE

A resort fee plus tax will be charged per room per night.  The resort fee varies based on season and occupancy.

  • The following local tax rates will be applied to all guest reservations.
  • Michigan Sales Tax;  6%
  • Tourism Tax:  3%

PET POLICY

Pine Mountain Ski and Golf Resort is happy to welcome dogs to join in on all the fun and adventure during your stay. Your dog will delight in all the outdoor splendor and feel right at home in our designated Pet Friendly Rooms.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR $50 PER NIGHT PET CHARGE:

  • Directory of pet stores, doggie daycare facilities, veterinary clinics, and nearby grooming services.
  • *based on availability upon request during check-in, ask a front desk attendant upon arrival.

INCIDENTALS AUTHORIZATION

Upon check-in please have a credit card ready to hand to the front desk agent. The credit card will be swiped and authorized at $20 per day. This is strictly a pending charge so that you can easily charge concierge activities and restaurant charges to your room.  Upon check-out this $20 per day authorization for incidentals shall be released to your card if you did not choose to charge activities to your room during your stay. If you have chosen to utilize this convenience, charges will be made, and the balance will be released upon check-out.  Please note: This is not a charge.  This is a pending or holding authorization for incidentals.  If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to a front desk agent upon check-in.
